Once a Taxi has been assigned, Moses will provide driver details and live map to track the Taxi location - inevitably, taxis can be delayed by Traffic. If you are concerned, please contact the Taxi driver and ask them how long they expect to be (Do not attempt to cancel the ride as other people may be waiting for the same ride).
If the Taxi is delayed by more than 10min (past scheduled pick up time) then you are entitled to cancel your ride and contact us to request a refund. Please us the Help button which can be found on the website or in the web application.
If the Taxi driver cancels the ride we will immediately attempt to source a replacement Taxi service. Please allow up to 5 min for us to source an alternative option. We have partnered with multiple providers and therefore have a higher chance of sourcing a ride. In the event, we are unable to source another ride we will not charge you.
